      These guys have reasonable quality products - I gave them a good review for that. BUT - their after sales/support service is absolutely hopeless. I have been trying to buy some add-ons for my scaffolding for nearly one month now but still waiting. They generally take almost 1 week to respond, so when you ask another question to clarify, that's another week wasted. So my advice is to purchase from a company that is a bit more responsive - I reckon it's worth paying a bit more to get better after-sales service.

      A good place to go and buy stuff that you may find in a Mitre 10 store but slightly cheaper. Store isnt as big but have a look online to see what they have. Just purchased the 40V Greenworks mower, so far so good. Similiar spec'd mower from Mitre 10 would be $300 more
      Staff were friendly and helpful.

      Very prompt delivery of an online purchase, well packed and directions for assembly. I am a 74 Yr old female and was able to assemble this patio storage box without too much trouble. Looks great and is very useful. Thank you!

      I had previous experience of Trade Tested which was good, so had no hesitation in buying a large product for $700, in December 2019. When it arrived and did not match the spec we contacted them and they invesitgated and areed it was not fit for purpose. 6 months later and countless emails, putting things out for collections that never happened and we are still out of pocket for what is a lot of money - with no collection organised. They are too focussed on new sales and now have a rubbish after sales service. will update if they fix their issue else will have all the lost time and pain of having to goto the commerce commission to get money back. NOT RECOMMENDED. Painful as.
