Trade Tested

I have only recently discovered Trade Tested and I have now made two purchases and I am very impressed. The range of products is excellent, the prices very competitive, and the service is outstanding. I purchased an inverter welder and a greenhouse and both have exceeded expectations. Both products were delivered in a timely manner and I was very impressed to receive follow up emails making sure that everything had gone as planned. Trade Tested is already my go to website whenever I want any tools, etc.

10 days after my order left Auckland I have not received it in Wellington 1 week later. 3 emails, numerous unanswered phone calls both to Toll and TT no goods and no one ever returns phone calls. The phone says 5 minute delay ALWAYS. Not a good company to deal with. I have paid $2000 for nothing.

I can highly recommend this garden shed. Having never assembled a garden shed it took 6 hours today with some help from my mrs, shed completely assembled, site leveled and shed fastened to a wooden base. All the components were well marked for assembly and coated in plastic for protection. Plenty of screws, I followed the diagrams and it all went very well. If I need another shed I will most certainly be considering Trade Tested again.

Hassle free purchase of Inverter generator. easy collect, helpful supporting documentation with loacal tips and advice. Very happy with Inverter, good follow up service email from Supplier checking all was well. Would purchase from this Supplier again.

I purchased some outdoor rattan furniture for my timber deck, it turned up and after removing it from the packaging which I disposed of and placing it on the deck, a few days later noticed damage occurring to the timber deck from the aggressive tread pattern. I contacted trade tested to see if they had an alternative option which they didn't, so I asked for a refund on the basis that if I had known the product was not suitable for timber decks (instead concrete slabs or concrete pavers only) than I wouldn't have purchased it. They refused a refund stating it was no longer saleable because there was no packaging, so now I'm stuck with a product that I can't place on my deck due the excessive damage caused by the feet, the alternative being I remove the feet which will than abnormally wear the rattan on the bottom of the frames. They have still yet to update the ad on their site stating that its only suitable for concrete applications.
