      AVOID TRADE TESTED! Chainsaw (keeps breaking) and Multitool broke within 10 minutes! Lawnmower won't start!

      Well below expectation. Head line for the warranty was "Everything we sell comes with a minimum 12 month parts and labour warranty. No mention that is doesnt apply to trade use. The motor failed after 10 hours and Trade tested dont want to know. Buyer be warned.

      I had previous experience of Trade Tested which was good, so had no hesitation in buying a large product for $700, in December 2019. When it arrived and did not match the spec we contacted them and they invesitgated and areed it was not fit for purpose. 6 months later and countless emails, putting things out for collections that never happened and we are still out of pocket for what is a lot of money - with no collection organised. They are too focussed on new sales and now have a rubbish after sales service. will update if they fix their issue else will have all the lost time and pain of having to goto the commerce commission to get money back. NOT RECOMMENDED. Painful as.
