      Very prompt delivery of an online purchase, well packed and directions for assembly. I am a 74 Yr old female and was able to assemble this patio storage box without too much trouble. Looks great and is very useful. Thank you!

      Terrible. Ordered large shed. No weight can be used on roof and with 3.4m span it is no possible to secure flashing all the way along ridge. Despite placing in sheltered area, the first wind knocked it down. Now throwing it out. DO NOT BUY.

      My trade tested generator which is still under warranty (it's just a year old) has been broken for almost three months now. They took several weeks to even approve to take it to be serviced. I picked it up from service, brought it home and it did not work. I brought it back to service, a week and half later I was told it was fixed, came to pick it up and it would not start again. I have been without the generator for almost three now and my life depends on it as I am fully off grid. I can not recommend Trade Tested generators and their customer service to anyone.

      The first shed arrived after two weeks and was damaged. The two excuses for the slow delivery were not true. 1. The pack is damaged and we have to inspect the contents - the package arrived unopened. 2. The street number is wrong - the street number was correct.
      The replacement shed took another week to show up with the company staff very casual and non urgent. Contrary to the Consumer Guarantees act they were telling me it was my job to chase the delivery company. Although I called Trade Tested on Friday morning about the damage the replacement was not shipped until Tuesday the next week.
      The replacement shed was the most difficult kit set I have ever assembled. The Chinglish instructions are vague and show screw holes that do not exist. The floor plan on the Trade Tested web site are the wrong size. I need tin snips to get the walls together and the door still does not close properly.
      Altogether a bad experience for me. Half a star for finally delivering an undamaged shed.
