Trade Tested

We bought a trade tested garden shed and assembled it as per the instructions. It blew apart within two weeks of purchase, we live in Auckland, it's not exactly extreme weather conditions! Contacted Trade Tested to see about ordering some parts wholesale to repair and they said "this is a weather related issue, not a warranty issue" and told us to contact our insurance company.

When we asked if we could have someone come out and help repair they told us "we do not offer any on site assembly assistance"

Really poor customer service, just got the feeling they didn't care to help us at all. We are now buying another, better quality shed elsewhere.

A great place to get your storage and gardening greenhouse, I realy like the evergreen 2x 3 green house tunnel for under $200 it's such a cost effective and easy solution to of growing Veges all year round

Delivery was faster than expected. Great greenhouse. Even better tomoatoes. Mum was super happy.
Everybody won in the end. Think i might get a chicken coop as well. All good.

We have just installed the first of the two garden sheds delivered to our new home earlier this week and are delighted with the finished result. From the first phone call to your company, which was answered by a pleasant man who could immediately answer my questions and take our order, to the follow up emails and the tracking system, the entire process was carried out efficiently with no problems. The sheds were delivered in perfect condition probably due to the excellent way they are packed and are a much better product than similar sheds available locally.
