Malaysia Airlines

We flew home via KL earlier this year. In-flight experience was good especially the final leg in Asia which is usually average or below average. We had unusual delays at the airport and never got any adequate explanation. When our flights got cancelled they did not even bother informing us. Would consider other Airlines. Their pricing always cheap anyway.

Everything was amazing and plane was kept clean and staff were very accommodating. Only thing disappointed me was the quality and quantity of food which is understandable as they are currently under hardship

be very careful if you are flying into Malaysia ... we almost always book one way tickets from place to place but when we arrived at the airport, we were literally not allowed to board our flight unless we booked and paid for an outward flight .... no flexibilty from staff and they were quite rude as well .... not a fan

We were disappointed with our Malaysia Airlines flight from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur recently, being unable to board our flight without an onward ticket (which we were not pre-warned of and then had to purchase last-minute, very stressfully, in the airport before boarding) and then our vegan meal on the flight was terribly disappointing. The complaint that we lodged about the meal was never answered.

Travelling to I did is easier with this air..need more flights to India..food need to be improved a bit..planning for our next journey
