used them to fly back to malaysia last time, had a good deal and it was direct flight. staff is helpful too.

Great service, great in-flight food. Planes servicing Auckland need refurbishment, but they have very convenient connections through Kuala Lumpur. Minus 1 star as their Enrich frequent flyer program is outdated (can't do miles+cash redemption).

My luggage was lost for a week when I travelled Malaysia Airlines. I have not been able to get compensation or even an apology. Every time I've called or emailed they ask me to contact someone else or they say they will get back to me and haven't. I've been trying to sort this out for over a month. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and care.

Don't take Malaysia Airlines. I had very very bad experience with it. On my way to India, flights got delayed for 2 days and I missed 2 days from my holidays. While returning to New Zealand as well, flight delayed for 7hrs in Kuala Lumpur and no proper arrangement was made for us. By the time we reached Melbourne from Kuala Lumpur, I missed my connecting flight to Auckland. Finally reached Auckland but 3 baggage out of 4 were lost and its been 4 days, still no clue about my baggage. Very very worst disgusting airlines.

Flights for Malaysia airlines were fine, however my return connecting flight was delayed by 24 hours which meant a very long wait in KL
