Malaysia Airlines

I recently spoke to malaysia airlines as I had issue with online checkin. When i called them they said I don't need to checkin now as I have already booked assistance for that ticket and that assistant will look after checkin as well, but when my mom approached assistant, she said it is not her job to check in. My mom has to go and do it herself. The information wasn't right by the customer service.

Seats are slightly smaller than Emirates and Singapore. Food and entertainment are good. Staff are good but again not as hospitable as the other 2 airlines.

Been trying to web check in for me and my family nearly 100times since the 48 hrs after getting an email that I can do web check in. No luck, been getting the same message "we cannot find your booking". Very frustrating and spoke to customer care twice who advised that there seems to be a technical fault and they cant do anything from their side.

I used Malaysian airlines when traveling to Auckland. Good service and comfortable travel. Much cheaper than others too.

Everything was amazing and plane was kept clean and staff were very accommodating. Only thing disappointed me was the quality and quantity of food which is understandable as they are currently under hardship
