Malaysia Airlines

Never fly with Malaysia Airlines! Booked flight for my parents from Auckland to Hyderabad. They did not receive the baggage in Hyderabad. The baggage handling at Hyderabad airport promised for baggage delivery for the next day but they did not receive bags for next 3 days. This is the first time they flew with Malaysian airlines and it has been a horrible experience. The baggage we received also had many missing items!! We called customer service many times and emailed them many times but still no action has been taken, I am posting this 3 weeks after the issue and still no resolution or compensation has been given by the airlines. Dont fly with Malaysia Airlines, waste of money, waste of time and worst customer service ever.

Recently flew from Auckland to Jakarta. Flight was late taking off and no inflight entertainment as my system didn't go. On arrival in Jakarta no baggage. We were supposed to be leavig Jakarta next day. Had to change our holiday plans until luggage arrived.When it did arrive the case was broken so we had to purchase a new case. Not happy. Tried to contact air Malaysia but they refused to answer the phone or reply to email.
On flight home flight was late and we missed our connecting flight. Had to spend an extra night in Kuala Lumpur and missed our Nz flights. Terrible service on the flight. Weren't even offered a glass of water for over 6 hours.

Really good service. There was plenty of food and delicious drinks available.

We flew from KL to Auckland. I would say everything about the flight was average.

They do some flight tickets sale every now and then. Comfortable seat and food is good
