We have not had a good experience with Fastway Couriers, now called Aramex. Sometimes our parcels have not been collected for days. I've phoned and they say they will call me back, but they don't. I've now stopped using Fastway Couriers, now Aramex.

a company had put delivery instructions in 2 places but it was left in the letterbox on a hot day with oils in the box.very angry with this company,people put delivery instructions for a reason.

Service depends on who is doing the run - had an amazing delivery driver a few months ago, new person not so good (leaves in mailbox all the time). Reliable courier but hit and miss on quality of service.

awful services!!! i instructed to leave at the front door, but they left it on my mailbox then updated as has been delivered. Do NOT use this company!
