Flag Review

Worst courier company in New Zealand. Their call centre is based in The Philippines. I'm in Auckland. The operator refused to give me any contact details for anyone local, and kept saying that they would send a request. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BOYCOTT ANYONE WHO USES THEM.

They deserve to be demolished by the commerce commission for having the word "fast" in their company name when all they specialize in is delivering packages as late as possible - or not at all.

Our local Aramex Courier tends to always be on time with the parcels for our own Trade Me orders, it's so much easier than having to take it to the Post Shop - you simply just put the parcel outside for the couriers to pick it up when they come.

Service depends on who is doing the run - had an amazing delivery driver a few months ago, new person not so good (leaves in mailbox all the time). Reliable courier but hit and miss on quality of service.
