The Fastway courier regularly ignores the signature required and dumps the parcel. I've had something lost this way. It happens even when we are home and cars in the drive. There has been lots of feedback they are intent on not fulfilling what they are being paid to do.

I have just used Fastway Couriers for the first and last time. I organised for a 1-2 day delivery for a parcel full of perishable goods. Fastway Courier's failed to meet that deadline and when I called them I spoke to a woman who was rude and of no assistance whatsoever. My goods will well and truly be perished by the third working day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have poor reviews for a reason!!

Their customer service is bad
our products had a damaged so I did a claim
but they said that's not their problem and said they don't mind
so how can I believe them to send my product?

It took the couriers to arrive for the parcel three weeks after the pick up date but I had to arrange for ANOTHER courier to deliver my parcel after they failed to show up after a week. it is not fast. It has been during the Christmas season but the holidays happen every year and 'Established in 1983' should give you ample experience to deal with the busy holiday.

Can't believe this companies policies. When an item arrives damaged but has been signed for, they won't accept a damage claim!

My item arrived damaged, Fastways had even acknowledged the damage they had done to the item themselves with a pink claims endorsement form taped to the parcel. Stating the details of the damage and incident. But because the item had been signed for on my behalf they wouldn't accept a damage claim!

What if an item arrived, was signed for but had concealed non visable damage? Only becoming apparent once unpackaged. Oh no sorry it's been signed for? Lol! What a joke!

Have been informed by other courier companies that they accept damage claims regardless of being signed for or not. Based on the fact that quite often the item needs to be unpacked and inspected to determine the condition after transit.

Good on ya Fastways! Way to own up to your mistakes.. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but following through and rectifying them goes a long way!

First and last time using and won't be sending people your way either...
