Baobab Cafe

Nice cafe, I had a pretty tasty ficelle from the cabinet, but I could have done with more options. The outdoor area is really lovely and chill on a nice day, I was told there was a cat but I didn't see him :(

Great little cafe in the center of Newtown. The back outdoor seating is really nice when the weathers good. The foods great, I usually order cabinet food (the brownies are the best!). Only downside is the small bathrooms and one time I got a carrot cake that had mold inside it.

I often visit Baobab when I want to go somewhere for a catch up with a friend, it is the sort of place you can comfortably sit for hours and have a catch up. There is a very cute outside area out the back with a resident cat. They have live music from time to time and poetry events. The food is pretty good and the staff are friendly but it's the atmosphere that really make the place. Downsides are the sometimes limited range of cabinet food and the toilets can be quite grotty at times.

Nice place, tidy and well organised. A good range of choices on the menu, price was good too. They have a lovely outdoor area, you can sit outside if it is sunny. I enjoyed my coffee and pie. Customer service was great too.

Best coffee i have ever had, the food was fresh, delicious and well presented. The staff were helpful, the chairs and tables were nicely presented and clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place.
