Need to use Novus in light of crack on windscreen and claim made through AA insurance. The phone call for booking in was prompt and they offer both onsite fixing as well as a mobile service that can come to you to fix. I have found Novus workmanship to be good in the times they have needed to repair my windscreen. Thankfully I chose excess free windscreen cover so no cost. This is a must in NZ for your insurance as so many road works going on and inevitably a car or truck will flick stone up at some point. Had at least six repairs in last five years and one needed a new windscreen! Novus are aligned with AA car insurance for windscreen repairs so clearly AA are confident of Novus's performance to deliver as well.

Very happy with the service and the communication! Needed to have my rear window repaired and was booked in quickly and repairs were fabulous!

Was quoted $150 for three repairs with two with them the CVA one slightly out was told by one technician and one receptionist you cannot repair more than two in the CVA area booked my car in for the next day once work completed a very rude little man rung to tell me he had fix two more cracks on the other side of the windscreen nothing to do what was required for the warrant of fitness and the cost was $185 I'm like no I did not want those cracks done and I was quoted in 150 my experience going to pick up the car was appalling he tried to argue with me said contradicted his staff about how many cracks could be filled up in a CVA was rude arrogant and basically trying to rip me off and I asume does this many times a day I would never repeat business with this customer he's clearly a rip-off artist arrogant rude and I'm not sure whether he's talking rubbish or a staff but nobody there seems to know the rules on windscreen repairs
