Novus Windscreens

not the best of workmanship. workers came to the house to fir rear window. hey had to come back and refit also never cleaned the glass out of the car. The car is going back in for a 3rd attempt

Bad service. Hamilton King street is letting down the Novus Brand. Asked them to remove the rear windscreen on my race car and they smashed it, an still charged me $60.! I had to go buy a new rear window for $140 because of there mistake? Very strange business ethics. Will never use this particular shop again.

Really disappointing service, have had 2 windscreens repaired in the same vehicle this year only months apart. 14.02.14 When they installed the first windscreen they never secured the mouldings properly, hence they blew off while driving down the road. Novus stated that they would replace them to date this has not happened!!!. The second windscreen was replaced on Tuesday 10.06.14 again the rubber mouldings around the window are buckled and sticking out like a dog's hind leg - not only 1 moulding but 3. Contacted Novus to have sorted out, to which they assured me that they would phone me back and have someone look at it - again no reply so far. Shoddy work, bad customer relations. You are suppose to do job to be proud of and something that your customers would recommend to other potential clients. Not on your life Novus would I recommend you.

Absolutely fantastic service. From the initial phone call to book my car in (same day) to the collection - an hour later; the team were extremely efficient, professional and knew what they were doing. Thanks
