Novus Windscreens

Was quoted $150 for three repairs with two with them the CVA one slightly out was told by one technician and one receptionist you cannot repair more than two in the CVA area booked my car in for the next day once work completed a very rude little man rung to tell me he had fix two more cracks on the other side of the windscreen nothing to do what was required for the warrant of fitness and the cost was $185 I'm like no I did not want those cracks done and I was quoted in 150 my experience going to pick up the car was appalling he tried to argue with me said contradicted his staff about how many cracks could be filled up in a CVA was rude arrogant and basically trying to rip me off and I asume does this many times a day I would never repeat business with this customer he's clearly a rip-off artist arrogant rude and I'm not sure whether he's talking rubbish or a staff but nobody there seems to know the rules on windscreen repairs

Novus Hamilton replaces our windscreen and did not seal it properly, which meant that when the recent heavy rain hit water poured in to our car. This has caused the carpet to smell musty. They accepted it was there fault and re-sealed the windscreen. However, when asked to valet the car the said they had done their bit and we needed to contact our insurance company as they had fixed a small chip. Awful company, bad workmanship and terrible customer service - avoid!

Bad service. Hamilton King street is letting down the Novus Brand. Asked them to remove the rear windscreen on my race car and they smashed it, an still charged me $60.! I had to go buy a new rear window for $140 because of there mistake? Very strange business ethics. Will never use this particular shop again.

not the best of workmanship. workers came to the house to fir rear window. hey had to come back and refit also never cleaned the glass out of the car. The car is going back in for a 3rd attempt
