Friendly professional service and very efficiently run. WOF is $69 so not cheap but they don't try and upsell anything like some dodgy mechanics ive been to before- (wipers, head light polish etc)

Had to renew my licence here. Long queue and counter staff making inane jokes with each other about wanting to go home. They weren't the only ones. At least they were getting paid to wait in this awful place.

Second time here and a second bad experience for a different kind of service. Counter staff was good, service staff was rude and spoke out of place. Having had an appointment made and confirming with the receptionist when dropping the keys, get told it will be done in 2 hours only to come back and no one knows whats going on and why I'm there. Poor internal communication. The worst part of this is having a pre-purchase done and the inspector telling the buyer not to buy the car. This is out of line and a potential loss of sale. Our price reflects the issues found in the car, and most of the issues found were cosmetic. To look buyer in the eyes and make a big deal out it was completely unprofessional. He also mentioned variou things which were incorrect, only to further scare the buyer. such as no sign on cambelt replacement, when its clearly visible next to the camcover. could at least have asked the buyer if its been done. He was also very rude to us as the car owner and clearly favoured the potential buyer. Unprofessional once again. As mentioned, a second bad experience here and we wouldn't return or recommend to anyone who asks.
