Second time here and a second bad experience for a different kind of service. Counter staff was good, service staff was rude and spoke out of place. Having had an appointment made and confirming with the receptionist when dropping the keys, get told it will be done in 2 hours only to come back and no one knows whats going on and why I'm there. Poor internal communication. The worst part of this is having a pre-purchase done and the inspector telling the buyer not to buy the car. This is out of line and a potential loss of sale. Our price reflects the issues found in the car, and most of the issues found were cosmetic. To look buyer in the eyes and make a big deal out it was completely unprofessional. He also mentioned variou things which were incorrect, only to further scare the buyer. such as no sign on cambelt replacement, when its clearly visible next to the camcover. could at least have asked the buyer if its been done. He was also very rude to us as the car owner and clearly favoured the potential buyer. Unprofessional once again. As mentioned, a second bad experience here and we wouldn't return or recommend to anyone who asks.

service was alright, only good thing is no need to make appointment and they do WOF while you wait. its a bit expensive compared to other garages.

Great prompt service, hardly any wait and friendly staff.

The Glenfield branch did a good WOF check and when a minor fault found, suggested a local company that was near by that could fix the problem on the Saturday of our visit. Relief to get done. Nice staff and very helpful. Will use them again

They are always busy and they have great customer service but I’m still waiting for my licence to come in the mail and it’s been 2 months. Lots of parking
