VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand)

Rude and abrupt at the counter. Waited for an hour to get a trailor wof after arriving at the front of the queue. 10 cars that arrived after us went through before us and even got reversed into the trailor bay before us. Had to ask for a refund to get any action. Again the counter were rude when we voiced our concern about the time it was taking. Very poor service and will not be going back

Friendly professional service and very efficiently run. WOF is $69 so not cheap but they don't try and upsell anything like some dodgy mechanics ive been to before- (wipers, head light polish etc)

Professional and friendly service, convenient location and plenty of car parks, reliable service and product, highly recommended

The best thing is you can just turn up and they would do your WoF and check while you waiting. Today I only waited 20min which, in a busy day, is such a bless. Maybe they should have more chairs.

Had to renew my licence here. Long queue and counter staff making inane jokes with each other about wanting to go home. They weren't the only ones. At least they were getting paid to wait in this awful place.
