The Auckland War Memorial Museum

I was absolutely stunned when I walked into this museum. The attention to detail is so looked after, it felt like i was standing in the middle of a battlefield. The door entry is very cheap and you can stay in as long as you like. I definitely recommend going and checking them out if you're in the Auckland region and have never been before. Great work guys!

Amazing! Such a magnificent building, and I really love how they have exhibitions that come and go, such as the bag exhibition that is currently on! Means that you can go more than once a year and still see new things! Their permanent collection is very well organised and interesting too- both for children and for older people as well.

Great place to visit in a rainy day. So much to see and learn. They have made so many more child friendly areas as well which is great to take the kids along for.
