On time but tracking was a bit average

Worst and most rude customer service I’ve ever doubt with. After weeks of waiting for my parcel I was pretty much told I was lying because their call centre hadn’t logged one of my ph calls to re-deliver.

Worst customer service, they dropped a card at my front door and the card number never popped up in the system. They never answer the phone. Avoid this company as a plaig.

Never had a good experience with this company long wait times and slow communication

Literally sat on the phone for 45 min waiting for someone to answer. Then they had transferred to another department that took half an hour . Terrible service not hard to employ someone
