PBT Couriers Limited

I own a business that freights hundreds of products world wide every month. I have dealt with numerous companies in this regard for years now and never had as poor service than I have from PBT (and I have had some nightmares, believe me). Honestly, I am a complete advocate for not using PBT.

the most useless courier company I have ever dealt with will be speaking to the NZ consumers tribunal about how to make sure this doesn't happen to other people. this company is clearly incompetent and is false advertising! don't bother paying for overnight courier with these guys, they don't even bother to pick up your package, or they just leave it at the depot for you to chasse up and find.

Worst courier company EVER!! claim that their driver delivered my package! they said " your item was delivered to and sign for by Jean on the 4th of Sept have you checked the letterbox or front door?" Like bitch!! if the delivery driver had delivered my item to me and it was signed for by ME then it would have been handed to me you fuvkn tool and I wouldnt be contacting youll regarding my missing package! they cant be trusted! they need to really check their drivers and see if they should be firing them! PBT couriers cant be trusted!

They claim to have delivered a parcel. They have not I was home at the time of delivery. They aren’t bothering to try and find out where the driver took it.

The worst courier company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. What the hell, man? Wrong drivers picking up packages, indifference in attitude when we try to resolve the issue with your staff, no estimations as to when to expect an already delayed package - just a blanket 2-3 week wait ON TOP of another delay in delivery. I would never trust this company to deliver any goods to my customers. Wow, I will avoid any company that uses PBT Couriers as well.
