      Truly Awful have ordered stuff of dicksmith and they managed to lose my parcels on three occasions, 2 power banks and now my Bose headphones . and the customers service wasnt helful either .

      A really awful Courier. My parcel arrived last week but I was not at home. Used their redelivery service but parcel was not delivered. Texted for redelivery by SMS still no parcel waiting for me at my doorstep. Called them up this week with the person apologizing for the delay and still no parcel. Called another day with delivery set in the afternoon. Guess what? Still no parcel. Called again with a promise of early morning delivery. Will my parcel come? Still waiting. This is the worst experience I ever had with a courier!

      Absolutely the worst courier company in NZ.
      In every case of us being the recipient of goods over the last 10 years, we have NEVER had a successful delivery. I have only given one star because you have to give that at least, however, they don’t even deserve that.
