      Love this store. Been our go to for years. Staff are always super pleasant and they have the best of prices. But why oh why, have they shut off the shop floor to customers. As you enter the store, now there is just a wide counter that you are served at. I imagine this will impact on there sales greatly!

      Rung up to see if they had any iphone 11 cases (this was the day after the iphone came out). I needed it urgently as I was travelling the next day. They said yes they did. So spend my lunch hour driving out to go and get it. When I got there they gave me the wrong case that blocked half the camra and said this is close enough. When I pointed out the lady said they didnt have them but this would be fine. When I pointed out it blocked the camera she was like do you want to protect your phone or not. I rung up first for a reason. I could have gone elsewhere. Staff are unprofessional and dont seem to know the different iphones. I will never come back to this store again.

      It's convenient to get to and has a wide range of products plus a supporting team. However, there have been issues with the quality of products bought from the place. And they do not have such a wide range of products or consumer electronics in store.
