Big store with pretty good prices but the service (and particularly language skills) could certainly be improved. Much better prices than some of the competition though.

Amazing place to go if you need almost anything to do with electronics. Helpful staff that know what they're talking about

Love this store. Been our go to for years. Staff are always super pleasant and they have the best of prices. But why oh why, have they shut off the shop floor to customers. As you enter the store, now there is just a wide counter that you are served at. I imagine this will impact on there sales greatly!

I had been recommended pb tech in henderson a couple of times by people I know, so when I needed a new cord for my laptop, I knew it was time to visit. I didnt like my experience at all and didnt end up leaving with what I needed. The staff dont offer their assistance, and when you ask for it, they seem uniterested to help. Im not very technical, so needed help with finding what I needed. I didnt get it so I left and went elsewhere.

This is quite a small pb store I will say if you want more to choose from it choose to drive a bit to get to a bigger store, there is also a lack of parking out front
