I usually visit this store and I bought usb flash drives,printers,ink catridges,phones,laptops,hard disks..etc..
Staff are helpful and can book the products on call and collect them in convenient time.

Not impressed. Im not computer savy, and I walked into the store looking lost and confused, had no idea what I was looking for and needed assistance. There were 7 staff members there and the store was not busy at all. Not one of them got up to ask if I needed assistance. I had to walk to the counter to ask for help, when the staff member then screamed across the store in a different language at another staff member to come help me. He didnt look impressed and made me feel stupid, I ended up leaving and taking my money elsewhere.

Rung up to see if they had any iphone 11 cases (this was the day after the iphone came out). I needed it urgently as I was travelling the next day. They said yes they did. So spend my lunch hour driving out to go and get it. When I got there they gave me the wrong case that blocked half the camra and said this is close enough. When I pointed out the lady said they didnt have them but this would be fine. When I pointed out it blocked the camera she was like do you want to protect your phone or not. I rung up first for a reason. I could have gone elsewhere. Staff are unprofessional and dont seem to know the different iphones. I will never come back to this store again.

Amazing place to go if you need almost anything to do with electronics. Helpful staff that know what they're talking about
