Good customer service. a whole lot of tech choices. This is where I usually buy the ink for my printer as it is the cheapest by far. The staff is very supportive with what you're looking for. Not as big as the one in Penrose but still a good place to go. There parking is at the back of there store. hope this helps.

By far the WORST store ever! Not only fails to provide correct advice, but provides the worst customer service, as their manager directed customers to 'go to another store.'

Customer wanted to buy an ipad 2 air, and the manager attempted to use an ipad air and said it was ipad 2 air! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Highly not recommended! This store not only fails to comply with the Customer Guarantee Act, but also has the worst customer service. We will be reporting this to the Commerce Commission on Monday.

2 item computer and sport watch. Return to the store more than 10 times to repair and replace. Communication is bad too.

Local store for me, parking is best at the read side.
A week ago bought another item from them as do go to them a lot and staff member helped us out with providing good knowledge about the router we were trying to buy.
Guess what, we bought it and their pricing on that router was already cheaper than the others.
we were offered a bit more discount as there were few places who had it a bit cheaper but we still got the best price.
Only downside is sometimes I have seen that you may not get the attention you want, credit card usage attracts surcharge and your desired item may not be in stock.

Big store with pretty good prices but the service (and particularly language skills) could certainly be improved. Much better prices than some of the competition though.
