The best pb tech store I’ve been to. The staff were so helpful with helping me choose a iPad. They had lots of great deals too. The store was huge with a wide range of electronics. The store was very inviting, well displayed and very easy to find the things I wanted. Great location and lots of parking.

I usually visit this store and I bought usb flash drives,printers,ink catridges,phones,laptops,hard disks..etc..
Staff are helpful and can book the products on call and collect them in convenient time.

By far the WORST store ever! Not only fails to provide correct advice, but provides the worst customer service, as their manager directed customers to 'go to another store.'

Customer wanted to buy an ipad 2 air, and the manager attempted to use an ipad air and said it was ipad 2 air! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Highly not recommended! This store not only fails to comply with the Customer Guarantee Act, but also has the worst customer service. We will be reporting this to the Commerce Commission on Monday.

I always use this store when looking for electronics and pc accessories etc. Their prices are very competitive and they give great advice in-store.

Good customer service. a whole lot of tech choices. This is where I usually buy the ink for my printer as it is the cheapest by far. The staff is very supportive with what you're looking for. Not as big as the one in Penrose but still a good place to go. There parking is at the back of there store. hope this helps.
