Have not heard good things about them. Dealt for someone on behalf. That person was happy and wasn't that happy. I think they are doing OK. Depends a lot on what service you got and the price you paid. Looks like they need to pick up their game, lots of negative comments.

Great cheep prices for fights to and from China, but the major drawback is the lack of good entrainment on board, so if you are traveling I suggest you bring your own device to keep you occupied.

fucking airline, no phone answering service at Auckland office, I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to talk to one fucking attendant unsuccessful, do not use that fucking company!

Worst airline China Southern, spoiled my parents trip to Auckland. No customer care response, flight cancelled without giving any reason. 0800 contact centre number waiting queue, no response ever. Never recommend this to any of your family or friends. They deserve no ratings at all, so worst pathetic Airline ever experienced.
