Yes they were difficult to get hold of. But once they answered, the service couldnt have been better. Most understanding and helpful.

Great cheep prices for fights to and from China, but the major drawback is the lack of good entrainment on board, so if you are traveling I suggest you bring your own device to keep you occupied.

Have not heard good things about them. Dealt for someone on behalf. That person was happy and wasn't that happy. I think they are doing OK. Depends a lot on what service you got and the price you paid. Looks like they need to pick up their game, lots of negative comments.

Don't expect customer service from the Auckland office of this airline ..... no one at their office or the airport desk can be bothered picking up the phone and a promise is made to answer emails in 2 - 3 working days which isn't good enough ....,
