Excellent service from staff. My mother in-law and I went here to get some toys for her dog and the staff were so helpful. They had a deal in store where you buy 3 pet toys for $20 which was great and saved us great money. This was my first time in a pet store and I was very happy with the amount of pets they have there and well looked after they were. The store was very clean and spacious and everything was well displayed.

The branch of Animates is a particularly one. Having such a big floor space allows them to have a really great selection of pet related products. The number of fish tanks operating near the entry are really eye catching, and drew us in despite the fact that we hadn't planned on looking for pet things that day. The staff have the knack of knowing when to let you browse and when to give assistance, which is nice. Price wise, they have a few cheaper options, but many of the things are in the "get what you pay for" price range.

Good pet store that stocks everything. Good variety of stock. Animals cages were nice and clean and well maintained

The staff here are really friendly and help out with all your questions and pet needs. They have just about everything so a great one-stop shop.
