plenty of parking the main block and staff were happy to carry my dog food out to the car! excellent service!

It's in the group of shops on the slope opposite Sylvia Park (bottom level). There's heaps of parking in front of the store but it's also easy to walk down from the upper level (i.e. from Spotlight) if you're looking for small items rather than big bags of pet food. They sell a colourful range of cat collars and also do custom engraving for metal name tags (you choose the shape and colour, i.e. a red heart).

This is a bit naughty, but I often bring my toddler in here to look at the fish as he's fish obsessed! Staff are always lovely, we buy all the stuff for our cat here too.

Always love coming here to see what new pets are there. It's always clean and well presented and the team are always welcoming and helpful.

All the staff here are super friendly!! Need to have more puppies but otherwise it's always clean and inviting.
