Great store with pretty much every product you could ever need for your pets. The staff are friendly and the prices are pretty good, the do have more specialized products which are high quality so it is fair to have to pay a bit more

There are a couple of staff members here who have incredible knowledge on the fish in their store! they often have taken the time to answer questions above and beyond what they would be expected to know!

The staff at Animates are pretty knowledgeable and they have a huge range of products - literally everything you could want for your pets. The only downside is the lack of actual pets. I rarely see kittens, puppies or anything when I'm there. Highlight is definitely the fish tanks!

The set up of the fish tanks are amazing at this store. The staff are great at knowing if your just browsing or if you need assistance. Love the large floor space as makes it super easy to get around with a pram
