Samsung customer care were great to deal with and quickly resolved my technical issue.

Both support and technician were very helpful, professional and quick to respond. The issue was resolved within 24 hours.

Not sure what happen with Samsung, they good at marketing their products, but the after sales service is pretty bad. don't think I will consider buying any Samsung product.
