Worst customer service. Incompetent people working at the front desk. Dont bother going there, you will just be waisting your time.

Ideally, don’t have your SAMSUNG fridge breakdown! Crazily hard to communicate with the 0800 number. Mistakes. Having to chase up. Having to supply mats to protect my timber floor; then watch/supervise/help the transfer inside. No update on progress along the way. Fridge returned two weeks later with mould growing on shelves!! (wasnt there before).
Only good thing was the freezer fix was covered under warranty. And the delivery team didnt smash the glass balustrade.
