Quite good to deal with. But feel their customer services could be improved. Their prices seem to have skyrocketed since being in level 4 lockdown this time around.

I find Genesis very helpful when it comes to payment options and extensions when needed. You can apply for an extension through the app, so no need to have to ring up. The power shouts are great too.

We've been having our power with Genesis for around 9 months so far, and it was the best power company we've ever had our whole entire life, having two Power Shouts for two Saturdays shortly after lockdown - loved them both!
Their Energy IQ App is so easy to use, and we always get to earn Flybuys on our electricity use too.
