I’ve used genesis energy for a rental property I have. And so far 2/3 months the bill has been muddled by genesis, once the bill had been paid yet they sent out a message saying it hadn’t, taking a lot of time out of my day sitting on hold. And then next time again an error on their part, resulting in a 20 min phone call to sort out. So far, not so good unfortunately. Hopefully their service improves.

I joined Genesis a month ago. The whole changeover process was quick, simple and seemless. We have been more than happy with their service and so much cheaper than our last provider.

Great to deal with. Have found the prices very reasonable. Only downside is we have had lots of issues with payments where they have issued our credit card payment.
