Hi all. Just want to point out that if you move house, Genesis Energy will take back their gas bottles, full or empty. And if you have a 99% full bottle, you won't get a credit for that. You will lose that $100.
Apparantly, that's tough titties, and the wee girl on the end of the phone is obviously sick of having to tell people this.

We are with Genesis for over a year, were offered a very good deal when trying to switch to another provider after changing address. Great customer service!

I moved to Genesis when I moved house, and I have been pleasantly surprised. We had a great signing up incentive, receive fly buys and get prompt payment discount. The guy that comes out to check the meter is unobtrusive and if you do see him, is polite to talk to. I highly recommend, and have not had an issue to date.

I joined Genesis a month ago. The whole changeover process was quick, simple and seemless. We have been more than happy with their service and so much cheaper than our last provider.
