Really awesome place to go in Wellington. The gift shop if full of great movie inspired items and the life size displays around the place are great for photo ops. If you want to do the workshop tour book in advance because we have never been able to get tickets the couple of times we tried on the day. Will be taking more visiting family members to visit here over summer.

This is truly a must do when in Wellington. We did the tour with the bus from Wellington Central, which was very easy and convenient. The tour of the workshop was amazing with some of the artists explaining their techniques and showing off their work. Loved it!!!

A must see destination when visiting Wellington or wellywood. Wonderful gift shops of lord of the rings collectibles. It also has life size props on display too!

We stopped in here on our tour of the north island. It was an amazing tour and made me proud that this degree of talent is in NZ. I learnt alot from the tour and took a alot of photos.

I'm a big fan of The Lord of the Rings, so I was excited to come here. It was WELL worth going - one of the best places I've been to. The figurines were amazingly detailed , and I loved learning about how the films were made. I recommend this experience to anyone interested in the film industry, or indeed any industry.
