what a fantastic night. We could not fault anything from the staff, food and the venue, everything we needed was supplied. A BIG thank you to Emma & our barman who look after us all night you were the best. I would highly recommend The Thistle Inn, look forward to seeing you all again, cheers The Drakes

Very nice ambience and staff always very attentive. Good range of beers and wines. Very nice food however any salad or vegetables have to purchased extra. Good quality food nicely presented

Great WOAP burger with a well matched beer. We keep on going back because of the service and atmosphere, and the food and beverage selection. While the restaurant was pretty busy, we had 'our own' space and weren't conscious of other people. The sparkling water with lemon and cucumber is a delight.

Food and service top notch would highly recommend for a functions venue! Service was excellent and very accomodating to our needs.

This is a local,busy,lively place.Lots of students.Our waitress was outstanding considering the pressure she was under.We loved our fish and chips.I would go on a weekday next time
