      These guys must be funded better if they are to provide a proper public transport service. They have inherited a nice rail infrastructure but service has been getting worse the last few years. Car usage is not extensible, public transport is please support these guys.

      Overall, I’ve had fairly good experiences with this company. On my travels yesterday, the bus was running late and hence I missed a connection, but I’d put that down to purely how busy the bus was. Unfortunately the train was replaced by a bus, in this case, it would be nice to have cheaper fares as the ride takes longer and is less comfortable. However, we had a lovely conductor for the ride, very friendly.

      I travel regularly from Upper Hutt to the Wellington city via train and these guys do their best to work through tough conditions at times to ensure service runs smoothly.
      I only have 1 criticism that the train replacements/cancellations at times are very inconvenient.
      Otherwise very impressive.
