Would be good if trains were more frequent but I am happy that thus service is provided.

This outfit runs the bus services in Wellington. Not sure if they are council owned or private. Either way, every bus that I caught on my stay in Wellington was on time, clean, tidy, modern and the drivers were friendly. Fares were entirely reasonable and the frequency of the service was great too.

took the kapiti line whilst on holiday in the area last month. My husband and son got confused and pressed the locked door trying to get out at paraparaumu fearing the had missed their stop and being familiar with a train service. The ticket officer was extremely rude and confrontational - apparently this happens infrequently, your trains are comfy and staff at the ticketing booths are lovely met link you need to retrain some of the staff on the actual trains thanks

Metlink new buses in Whitby Porirua area going well and mostly on time and friendly drivers....love the new design clean and tidy inside....top up snapper card at new world whitby......although reports Wellington city area buses having problems

Easy to use the website and the fares are reasonable
