I have had good service from my local courier for many years now. My packages always arrive on time with pretty much no issues. Currently happy with this service.

I recently had a card to call left in the letterbox so drove to the pickup centre.

There is free parking outside but it gets busy. The staff were friendly and the building is clean and well laid out.

The parcel was quickly located and signed for and it's a very easy and smooth system

Recently had a parcel left at my house that wasn’t for me and was for someone in an entirely different suburb. I tried to contact the company to let them know but it was impossible. Would have taken the parcel to the person myself but didn’t want to be accused of stealing it if they said it didn’t arrive. Luckily the courier came back to retrieve it after the weekend. The driver is usually really good but with silly season deliveries Is think it was just a minor slip up.

Great customer service when you go in and pick up a parcel. Depot is handily located in Kaiwharawhara with decent amount of parking. If pick up is not an option can get parcel redirected for no extra charge.
