Great customer service when you go in and pick up a parcel. Depot is handily located in Kaiwharawhara with decent amount of parking. If pick up is not an option can get parcel redirected for no extra charge.

Our courier post driver is always so friendly when they come to pick up our daily parcels at 3pm. Its nice to have a smile and a quick chat - makes the service more personable. We don't get that from all the courier drivers from other companys so its well appreciated.

Web services are good but delivery are OK, is common they can't find the address, that shouldn't be so complicated.

Great company to work alongside. You guys work really hard to make sure everyone gets their packages delivered correctly and on time

I recently had a card to call left in the letterbox so drove to the pickup centre.

There is free parking outside but it gets busy. The staff were friendly and the building is clean and well laid out.

The parcel was quickly located and signed for and it's a very easy and smooth system
