      I've had nothing but issues with trust power. Joining was a nightmare as they took over a week to have the interenet connected because they never sent me a modem. Then the fridge I had ordered took two months to come and somehow everyone in the web chat is utterly useless.

      Recently joined with Power and broadband. I wasnt impressed with their registration process. Having to re-do everything over the phone even though I had a confirmation email with online registration completion. Worst customer service

      I agree with the review by James. SO extremely expensive, but very lovely to deal with. We were paying around $350 a month for power, when we changed to another company, it dropped straight down to around $90 a month. When trustpower called us to try and get us to stay (the lady on the phone was very nice) she asked what our new rates etc was and straight up said "no, we cannot do anything near that low, we can offer you $50 credit, but if you leave within the next 12 months you need to pay us back"

      It's a shame their pricing can't match their customer service.
