One of the most expensive power companies around. The customer service is good but they need to be more competitive and lower prices.

We have been loyal customers for 7 years. Always paid on time, and suddenly when we moved house, trustpower refused to provide power for us. They said that we were no longer within the acceptable criteria. Well we took our business somewhere else and have realised it is a much better deal

Great service, were able to set up a time to call back outside of work hours at a time that suited me. Easy to set up / transfer over to them. The staff member I dealt with was awesome.

I love the fact that when you call Trust power the phone is answered straight away and you are talking to someone local. Love having all utilities on one bill and the annual trustees cheque is a great bonus too.
