These guys are great! This mornings parcel came before 7am, driver ran it up the drive to the door! even if he wasn't intentionally being quiet it was so appreciated!

Lost package, delivered to wrong address. Nightmare

Great reliable courier company

Courier has been delivering to the wrong house (no idea whose house), I call up to complain, lady on the phone sounds soppy like it is somehow my fault their courier is incapable of his job, they are told they are delivering to the wrong house. A replacement package is sent and it is again delivered to the wrong house. I have received 1/4 of my packages in the last 2 months, every other courier company seems to find my place. I bought something else online and just found out they use Fastway, I am dreading how long it will take to actually get my item. Use any other courier company.

Disgusting courier company. I rung up to complain about one of their drivers driving and basically was told that they dont want to hear about it and they trust their courier drivers more than they do members of the public. I booked a courier pickup and waited and waited and waited for them to collect the item... they never showed. ended up booking through courier post, who at least came to collect the item!
