      These guys have been very good with me, luckily their depot is just down the road from where I live so if my parcel is unable to be delivered because I am not home, I can just go down and collect it.

      Poor communication, failure to deliver when promised, inefficient office systems and indifferent staff. Best to go elsewhere.
