THEY HAVE A NEW OWNER!! It is now amazing! The staff are more happier and friendlier. Hygiene has been implemented and its so much nicer! Highly recommend now, whereas with the previous owners absolutely not!

My first time to this place and I do not think I will go back..I have had more comprehensive treatment done on my feet and hands at the malls. Very disappointing. They certainly could learn a litle bit of customer relationship as it was not a relaxing experience. I do not think I saw one of the staff smile!!!!!

A poor experience. Unfriendly & rude. When filing my finger nails with the file drill the friction caused it to get very hot & started burning my fingers. When I alerted her that it was painful the lady got very annoyed. Instead of slowing down she hurried the job & left my nails in a poor state. Overall I'm unimpressed with their poor customer service & attitude. Definitely won't be going back!

I was asked to pay before receiving the service which I should have seen as a warning flag, however I proceeded. I had my shellac removed from my toenails which was excruciating as the nail technician peeled and scraped them off without soaking them in acetone. I was very shocked that a reputable nail salon would use such a primitive unsafe way of removing the shellac. I then had a pedicure which consisted of rubbing my legs with lotion and using a pumice stone to lightly scrub under my feet . My feet were still clearly covered in hard skin and due to the rushed job they still looked scruffy once she was done . As for my toe nails they are still ( a week later) painful and flakey . When I complained about the work done the manager said they trained in Australia and have done nails the same way for 6 years . No apology or attempt to rectify or tidy up the mess. I paid 50 dollars and was not happy with the service . I have had many a pedicure in my time and used to work as a therapist which is why it upset me further because I found it greatly disappointing that they could consider that an acceptable standard. I did not think the response to my complaint was justified or satisfactory. Sadly they have made me lose confidence in nail salons here altogether . I'll just stick to doing my own nails I guess ...

Lovely place, friendly staff and good value for your money. My friend and I came here for manicures and would totally come back again.
