Royal Nail Spa

Terrible terrible terrible! I could honestly write a list as long as my arm about why not to go here. Clearly the first review is written by the business owner. Unhygienic, unprofessional, rude, rushed, disrespectful of your time. I understand a little Vietnamese, ever wondered if they are talking about you? Yes there are and they were here. Give it a miss.

this place is surely beautiful, workers are very friendly, everything is done professionally. Whoever is talking bad stuff about the store is all lies, they either don't like the store because they did something the workers found out if not they are just being an idiot. This place is considered as the best salon around Cambridge and Hamilton. Alot of my friends and people i don't know have asked me to come to Royal Nail spa because it's lovely and i argee. Well, maybe their english might be a problem but other then that everything is lovely.

Needs improvement.
The staff appear uninterested and overly friendly, the treatments are not adequate.
Massage quality is not professional and time spent does not come close to other businesses offering the same service, where the price is the same.
