Staff are always so welcoming and the quality of clothes is pretty good. Any problems staff are happy to fix them. They have a great points system and have great deals which is the perfect time to shop for a new wardrobe..

After a great experience at the riccarton branch recently I was really disappointed in my shopping experience today. I’m gutted because I love country road and they are my go to for gorgeous quality clothing but I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help even though there were 6 assistants on the floor all talking to each other or fluffing shelves. I was the only one in the store and was there for 15+ minutes looking around the store wanting to purchase a specific item and had to actually seek out help by going to the counter and having to interrupt their conversation about what they were going to get for lunch. I think I’ll keep to online or their riccarton store.
