Beautiful shop with beautiful clothes. Warm freindly staff, will def be going back!

Amazing shop. I love Country Road anyway for their beautiful stylish well made clothing and bags, but this shop is my favourite I have visited. It is well laid out, staff are friendly and helpful, items are displayed nicely. I really like shopping here. Loyalty club is great too.

Great tidy store. Good quality of items.

After a great experience at the riccarton branch recently I was really disappointed in my shopping experience today. I’m gutted because I love country road and they are my go to for gorgeous quality clothing but I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help even though there were 6 assistants on the floor all talking to each other or fluffing shelves. I was the only one in the store and was there for 15+ minutes looking around the store wanting to purchase a specific item and had to actually seek out help by going to the counter and having to interrupt their conversation about what they were going to get for lunch. I think I’ll keep to online or their riccarton store.

Great clothing and very up with the fashion trends, and great quality too! On the pricier side but you are definatley paying for quality! Awesome customer service and staff are very helpful!
