No Follow-up after waiting the full waiting period, contacted them to be told nonchalantly that we will have to wait a further 5 weeks. A promised call-back from manager just never materialized. No apology for delay just a too bad too sad attitude. After waiting 10 weeks we are just over the whole debacle. Will not be returning customers. Too bad your service could not be matched to other Big Save stores that we have spent many thousands of dollars in. N.B. indicating your understanding of a customer's frustration would go a long way and maybe even retain some long standing ones!

Always greeted by staff when you enter and while browsing there are plently of staff available to help with anything you need. Good selection of furniture at more affordable prices than other stores

Good priced furniture. Staff approach you and offer assistance as soon as you walk in. Good range. Ordering time for things that are out of stock can be a while, was going to be a 2 month wait oh the mattress I was wanting. Large store with a toilet inside
