Big Save Furniture Napier

Had a browse in here looking for bunk beds only to find they didn't stock many only one to be exact. Still was nice to browse around and ended up buying a fancy mirror. Staff were helpful and explained the Hastings store had a lot more bunk beds as this store had limited stock due to the size.

Always greeted by staff when you enter and while browsing there are plently of staff available to help with anything you need. Good selection of furniture at more affordable prices than other stores

Great furniture, very well made beds. Lovely staff who u don't feel are pushing you to buy but are going at your pace and understand if ur a bit unsure on some things. Never felt so at ease in a store before

No Follow-up after waiting the full waiting period, contacted them to be told nonchalantly that we will have to wait a further 5 weeks. A promised call-back from manager just never materialized. No apology for delay just a too bad too sad attitude. After waiting 10 weeks we are just over the whole debacle. Will not be returning customers. Too bad your service could not be matched to other Big Save stores that we have spent many thousands of dollars in. N.B. indicating your understanding of a customer's frustration would go a long way and maybe even retain some long standing ones!
