VF has a lot of great deals. Its a shame their call centres are understaffed in the evenings. It can take up to a hour on hold before you'll get to speak with someone.

Good store in a handy location. Great place to go an view phones or if you need to talk to a customer service person. Can get busy though.

Called sales team 0800 777 301 10AM. He said he will transfer the call to the right team. Then the call dropped. Made another call to sales 0800 777 301 and was successfully transferred. Staff says all On Account is not free. He found out later that he is wrong after I said that's not true. Customer representatives should be well trained. They should also read first any notes made recently to the phone number being discussed about.

*Great service, although can be very expensive compared to other phone companys, but still manages to be one of the most competitive phone companys. Well done Vodafone :)
